1.3 The Platform provides services for the purpose of connecting candidates with employers through professional profile information and related content.

2. PERMITTED USE

2.1 The Platform may only be used for lawful, legitimate purposes in connection with career and recruitment activity.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

3.1 Users must not use the Platform in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful in purpose or effect.

3.2 Users must not send, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the content standards set out in clause 4.

3.3 Users must not transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam).

3.4 Users must not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive software or code.

3.5 Users must not attempt to identify or reverse-engineer the identity of any candidate whose profile is presented in anonymised format.

3.6 Users must not use information obtained from the Platform to approach, recruit, or otherwise engage candidates outside the introduction process provided by the Platform.

3.7 Users must not use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or software to collect or extract data from the Platform.

3.8 Users must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Platform in breach of the Terms of Use.

3.9 Users must not access without authority, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Platform, its servers, networks, or software.

3.10 Users must not use Platform data to build competing services or databases.

4. CONTENT STANDARDS

4.1 Any material uploaded or transmitted to the Platform must:

  • be accurate where it states facts;
  • be genuinely held where it states opinions; and
  • comply with all applicable law.

4.2 Material must not:

  • be defamatory, offensive, or harassing;
  • promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activity;
  • infringe any intellectual property rights;
  • misrepresent a user’s identity or affiliation; or
  • invade another person’s privacy or cause distress to others.

5. INTERACTIVE SERVICES

5.1 We may provide interactive services including chat areas, support services, or forums. We may monitor such services but are not obliged to do so.

6. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

8. NO CIRCUMVENTION

8.1 Any attempt to bypass the Platform or its processes constitutes a material breach of this Policy and the Terms of Use.

9.1 The Company may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
