Because Talent 2U Direct removes the most time-intensive costs of agency recruitment — candidate sourcing, business development and marketing — we operate a fixed, transparent fee structure designed to protect your fee margins:
- Permanent placements: 6% of base salary
- Temporary & interim placements: 8% margin
- Employer enquiries: £100 flat fee per enquiry received

Jobs2UDirect.com enables candidates to promote their profile confidentially & anonymously to employers via Talent 2U Direct. You can generate referral income simply by sharing your unique URL or QR code with candidates. When they register on Jobs2UDirect.com through your link, they are permanently linked to your agency — meaning you benefit every time an employer engages with them.
Here's how it works: employers use Contact Credits (priced from £20 to £70) to invite your referred candidates to view their opportunities. Each time an invite is accepted, and the employers gain access to the candidates contact details, your agency receives 70% of that Credit's value.
